Other organisations involved in coastal communities
The primary stakeholders include the Coastal Links and affiliated CBO's and informal groupings from fisher communities on the South and West Coast of the Western Cape Province. Coastal Links is a popular movement network of CBO's and informal groupings from approximately 12 villages and towns on the West and South Coast of the Western Cape. The affiliated CBO's and informal groupings include organisations working specifically on issues such as HIV/Aids, Fisheries issues, Gender Violence, Youth work and Health Issues. There are approximately 19 organisations affiliated to Coastal Links, and approximately 15 other partner CBO's and informal groupings from the coastal communities that are not currently affiliated to Coastal Links.
